Agad nagpaabot ng kaukulang tulong ang Las Pinas City Government sa halos 60 pamilyang naapektuhan ng sunog sa Santos 3, Barangay Zapote, kaninang umaga.

Naglagay ng modular tents ang mga tauhan ng City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office para sa mga nasunugan na kasalukuyan nanunuluyan ngayon sa Fatima Subdivision Covered Court.

Ayon sa inisyal na report ng Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), tinatayang 30 bahay ang natupok ng apoy sa naganap na sunog sa isang residential area sa Santos 3,Brgy. Zapote sa lungsod,pasado 9:00 ng umaga kanina.

Mabilis namang rumesponde ang mga pamatay sunog sa lugar kaya naapula ito bandang 9:52 ng umaga.

Sa isinagawang mopping operation ng BFP,isang 5- taong gulang na lalaki ang kumpirmadong namatay sa insidente.

Muli pinaalalahanan ang lahat na mag-ingat, maging disiplinado at patuloy na sumunod sa health and safety protocols.
