ARTA watches ease of doing business in Las Piñas
Members of the Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation Office (CMEO) of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) visited the Las Piñas government offices to monitor and evaluate their compliance with Republic Act 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.
The CMEO team conducted the inspection to validate the compliance of offices with the provisions of the law, particularly the Citizens Charter requirement, the automation requirements or establishments of electronic Business One Stop Shop (eBOSS).
The CMEO also wanted to ensure that the measures and regulations that facilitate efficient government services and ease of doing business in the city are being implemented and observed.
The team visited the office of the City Administrator under Reynaldo Balagulan to provide an overview on the conduct of inspection.
The ARTA emphasized that the heads of offices should be responsible and accountable in rendering fast, convenient and reliable service to the public.
