Las Pinas City Council holds 29th regular session

On Monday, February 27th, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Las Pinas held its 28th Regular Session to discuss several priority measures and recent events. Among the topics discussed were the proposed memorandum of agreement between the City Mayor and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) regarding the supplementary feeding program for 2023.

The council also discussed an application for location clearance of the proposed Multi-Purpose building of the Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority. Additionally, the council reviewed a memorandum of agreement between the City Government and Las Piñas Doctors Hospital, Inc. and Las Piñas City Medical Center, Inc. regarding the city's hospitalization program.

The entire council was present at the session, which included Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer April Aguilar, Councilors Danilo V. Hernandez, Mark Anthony Santos, Oscar C. Peña, Filemon C. Aguilar III, Lord Linley R. Aguilar, John Jess C. Bustamante, Emmanuel Luis C. Casimiro, Florante S. Dela Cruz, Henry C. Medina, Rex H. Riguera, Liga ng mga Barangay President Roberto H. Cristobal, and SK Federation President Rachelle R. Dela Peña.
