Las Pinas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), and the Department of Labor and Employment DOLE, lead the Ceremonial Contract Signing, Orientation, and Distribution of PPEs to 132 Las Pinas City Contact Tracers (1st batch) under the DOLE TUPAD Contact Tracing Project.

The Tulong Panghanapbuhay for the Displaced Worker or TUPAD is a continuing program of the DOLE, implemented by the Local Governments Units (LGUs) and benefitting the displaced or disadvantaged workers, such as those who are affected by the pandemic.
