Pasay completes cash aid distribution

Pasay City has finished distributing the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) cash aid from the national government to 40 barangays, according to a report by Philippine News Agency.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said cash aid amounting to P39.073 million has been distributed to 11,809 heads of the families or 39,073 individuals.

Pasay still has a remaining P309.673 million for distribution to its 161 barangays comprising of 83,927 individuals.

Meanwhile, Rubiano said city government officials have been working on the distribution even at night to fast-track the payout of the cash aid.
